Luba joined CI in 1998 to assist in developing and implementing systems for the consulting branch of the Royal Ontario Museum. She was executive assistant to the vice-president of Cultural Innovations and spearheaded the museum’s product development program. Luba was seconded to the Renaissance ROM Project in 2001 to assist with administration and communication.
When the project was completed, Luba left the ROM to write a humorous novel based on her more than 20 years’ experience at the Museum and also worked with an award-winning film and television production company. She currently works in educational administration in Toronto’s city college, but continues to work for CI part-time, managing administration for the Toronto office and conducting project research.
