CI provided a Vice-President of Programmes and Education to lead the curatorial and educational team in the implementation of the gallery plan and the development of opening exhibitions. Over a three-year period, tasks included developing the exhibition and gallery programming, staff hiring and development, and operational planning for this $65 million (US) programme.
