CI’s project management division CI-DBA were appointed by Life Science Centre as Construction Manager on this 2000m2 re-fit at the end of September 2005. The first phase was extremely fast-track owing to funders requirement to complete spending by February 2006. The project scope included basebuild phase comprising strip-out of previous exhibition and provision of replacement services infrastructure, visitor recirculation and the increasing mezzanine floor areas. CI-DBA were responsible for managing all fit-out packages including extensive electro-mechanical interactives which the Client team have procured.
