In response to a proposal from Heron International to redevelop land adjoining the 1998 EXPO site in Lisbon, to create an exciting and integrated leisure and entertainment centre, CI was tasked with the development of a Strategic Review for the integration of a programme of cultural and educational benefits for the project. Working in association with the EXPO Authorities, CI developed a business case for a sustainable planetarium.
