Hermitage Rooms at Somerset House
London
The Hermitage Rooms at Grade 1-listed Somerset House were developed as a permanent home in London for travelling exhibitions from the State Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg.

HRH The Prince of Wales opened the rooms in November 2000. The opening exhibition was ‘The Treasures of Catherine the Great’, requiring installation of over 500 artefacts in a three week period.
