Cultural Innovations was appointed in mid 2013 by Prince Sultan Cultural Centre Company Ltd to provide Cultural Strategic Planning Services for the Cultural Centre at the heart of the Prince Sultan Cultural City in the north of Jeddah. The Cultural City was designed to include specialist hospitals, a university, a school, compound residences, individual apartments, a major new Exhibition Centre and Cultural facilities.

The Cultural Centre would be the focal point of the Cultural City and would provide a range of cultural and artistic activity and programming. The Centre was designed to include a 2,000 seat Auditorium for performance and conventions, exhibitions, interactive experiences, art and gallery space, and interactive learning centre and creative spaces. 

Cultural Innovations developed the content and conceptual brief, concepts for each of the public areas and produced the architectural brief for the Cultural Centre. The strategic planning has included business modelling in support of the development plan.
